Julie Healy
Results-driven, strategic leader with extensive experience and demonstrated capability in educational leadership, strategic planning and implementation, organisational transformation, regulatory compliance, project management, workforce development, curriculum and product development, and student engagement pedagogies.
Julie Healy has over 28 years' experience in vocational education and training in a diverse range of leadership roles, advising internal and external clients around RTO compliance and driving quality learning, teaching and assessment, pedagogical practices, student engagement and retention, educator capability and workforce development.
Until recently, she held the role of Executive Director, Vocational Education and RTO Manager at TAFE Queensland where she was responsible for compliance and quality improvements to TAFE Queensland’s learning, teaching and assessment, including the development and implementation of VET training products.
She has successfully led numerous large-scale educational projects and change management initiatives, demonstrating well-refined project management skills and the ability to positively influence people to achieve successful outcomes.
Julie is a member of the ASQA -Stakeholder Liaison Group (SLG), and member of the TAE Technical Reference Group under DEWR.
